Blue Products will accept the return of a product if you change your mind or you are not satisfied within 14 Days of purchase. A refund will be organised within 14 days once the following criteria has been met:
- The unused goods are in their original packaging, and not damaged in any way.
- Goods are returned to Blue Products at the cost of the customer.
- Proof of purchase to be supplied.
- 10% Restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price.
