Pallet Rack Mesh Decks - 1000kg

Pallet rack mesh decks turn open beam racking into a safe, usable shelf. Where pallets sit directly on beams, anything smaller — cartons, loose stock, part-pallets — has nowhere to go. Wire mesh decks close that gap, giving you a solid surface across the full bay while letting light and air through, which solid timber or steel decking blocks.

Each deck is rated to 1000kg uniformly distributed load and drops straight into place over your existing beams. No fixings, no drilling, no modification to the frames.

• 1350 x 840mm — 4 support channels — 1000kg capacity
• 1250 x 1219mm — 5 support channels — 1000kg capacity
• 1350 x 1219mm — 5 support channels — 1000kg capacity

These cover the standard 838mm and 1219mm frame depths across 1250mm and 1350mm beam spans, so they suit most racking configurations already in service.

Warehouses, workshops and distribution facilities all use them the same way: get more out of racking you've already paid for, and keep stock off the floor. It also stops cartons slipping between beams, one of the more common causes of stock damage in a busy warehouse.
